Managed & Co-Managed IT Services
We handle the everyday work of IT: helping employees, looking after computers, managing access and maintaining the systems your business depends on.

Already have an IT team? We can work with them.
Bring us in alongside your IT team, or let us take care of your day-to-day support.
Co-managed IT
Your team keeps the responsibilities they want to own. We take on the day-to-day work you need help with, with clear arrangements for tickets, handoffs and escalation.
That might mean employee support and computer maintenance, while your team continues to run business applications and lead internal projects.

Fully managed IT
If you have limited in-house IT support, we can handle the everyday support and administration of your users, computers and systems.
We agree on what’s included and who handles work outside that scope, so your business knows where to go for help.
Focused support
Bring us in for a defined part of your IT operations, such as computer maintenance, infrastructure or security monitoring.
We agree on how that work fits with the rest of your team and your existing providers.

Tell us where you need help.
We can start with your current team, your systems and the work you want covered.
First, tell us how your IT works today.
Who looks after your systems? Where is work piling up? What would you like us to take on?
We’ll work through your users, devices, existing tools and support needs with you. From there, we define what’s covered, who owns each task and how to reach the right person when there’s a problem.
We start with your environment.
You don’t need to arrive with a particular technology stack. We review what you use and confirm what we can support. If a tool or system needs to change, we discuss it before agreeing on the service.
FAQs
Do we have to replace our current tools?
Not necessarily. We can use customer-owned tools where they meet the requirements of the service. We’ll review compatibility, access and any gaps with you before making a commitment.
Is every service included in one package?
Day-to-day user support, computer maintenance, account administration and routine security make up the core service. Infrastructure and additional security operations are added where needed. Your agreement sets out exactly what’s included.
What support hours and response times do you offer?
Coverage hours, response commitments and escalation arrangements are defined for each engagement. We’ll discuss your needs and confirm the available coverage before you start.
